remote learning during lockdown
Updated 5th February, 2021
Following the recent announcements, children who are not vulnerable or those of key workers will need to work at home. Your child's class teacher will be working remotely to set work that the children can complete online and return using the TEAMs platform. Your child's teacher will be 'checking in' with the children on a daily basis to ensure that they are accessing, understanding and completing the work set.

Work for individual self isolation
Woodlands aims to continue to provide an ambitious and broad curriculum in all subjects.
We have extensive plans for the provision of remote education where needed and to ensure that the small number of children that need to be educated at home, for example, due to shielding or self-isolation, are given the support they need to continue learning.
If your child is having to self isolate for 10 or 14 days, they will need to access the work posted below.
In the case of a class or school lockdown, the teachers will posts work on a shared platform - more details to follow.
