Woodlands Primary School had its last Ofsted in March 2012 during which the school’s overall effectiveness was judged as ‘good.’

The school was judged in four main areas:

  • Achievement of pupils (progress and success of pupils)
  • Quality of Teaching
  • Behaviour and safety of pupils
  • Leadership and management

For each area, there are four possible grades:

1 – Outstanding

2 - Good

3 – Satisfactory

4 - Inadequate

Woodlands was graded ‘Good’ in all four areas.
